(Hong Kong, 15 September 2026) – CTGL (“Computime Group Limited”, “Computime” or the “Group”) continues to expand its presence in Hong Kong’s electric vehicle (“EV”) charging infrastructure market through C Plus J Technologies, a technology integrator under the Group.
C Plus J Technologies is undertaking multiple projects under the Environmental Protection Department’s EV-charging at Home Subsidy Scheme (“EHSS”), a Government programme supporting the installation of EV charging-enabling infrastructure in existing private residential car parks. Together, C Plus J Technologies’ ongoing and completed EHSS projects cover more than 3,500 parking spaces across residential developments in Hong Kong.
C Plus J Technologies’ current portfolio includes projects covering residential developments of different scales, including completed projects at World-Wide Gardens covering more than 400 parking spaces. In August 2026, C Plus J Technologies also commenced work across 10 residential mansions at Whampoa Garden, covering nearly 1,700 parking spaces, with completion scheduled for March 2027. In September 2026, C Plus J Technologies secured a further EHSS project at Melody Garden in Tuen Mun, covering more than 1,100 parking spaces. In addition, multiple EHSS projects have been completed.
C Plus J Technologies’ delivery has also received positive recognition from customers. At World-Wide Gardens, the project was completed on schedule, with the Incorporated Owners commending the team’s professionalism, technical competence, and project execution. The customer also highlighted C Plus J Technologies’ proactive coordination with the power utility to resolve technical constraints and facilitate project acceptance.
“Hong Kong’s transition towards electric mobility depends on charging that can be retrofitted into occupied residential estates without overloading them, and managing that demand is precisely what our smart energy capability is built for,” said Mr. Bernard Auyang, Executive Director, Chairman and CEO of CTGL. “Through C Plus J Technologies we are building the engineering and delivery capability that retrofit work of this scale demands, backed by the Group’s own EV charging hardware.”
CTGL will continue to strengthen its capabilities in smart and sustainable technologies through C Plus J Technologies. That capability is not limited to residential estates. C Plus J Technologies has completed EV charging projects at Heung Yuen Wai Public Car Park and at Hong Kong Baptist University’s Kowloon Tong Campus, and work is under way at Yim Tin Car Park in Tai O.
