Our Beginning
CTGL was founded by Mr. AUYANG Ho in 1974 as a modest engineering firm with a focus on pioneering new products, and it began its journey designing and manufacturing digital clocks, a humble start that laid the foundation for decades of innovation.
Today, Computime operates as part of CTGL (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2006) and is a global enterprise united by a singular mission: to pioneer the future of smart and sustainable living. With over 4,000 dedicated professionals across 25+ locations worldwide, we build and cultivate market-leading businesses at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and brand excellence.

Our History
Five decades of engineering, manufacturing and global expansion.
Chairman Emeritus Mr. AUYANG Ho founded Computime as an engineering firm in Hong Kong.
Opened our first factory in Hong Kong.
Opened our first China factory in Guangzhou.
Opened our first Shenzhen factory.
Opened new corporate headquarters in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
Opened factory in Shenzhen Meilin, China.
Started our own Salus brand.
Received 'Hong Kong Industry Award Grand Prize for Quality'.
Listed on HKEX, Stock Code 320HK.
Moved headquarters and tech centre to Hong Kong Science Park.
Acquired manufacturing facilities in Penang, Malaysia.
Set up a new manufacturing facility in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Mr. AUYANG Pak Hong Bernard appointed as Chairman of the Board. Acquired Braeburn System.
Set up manufacturing facility in Binh Duong, Vietnam.
Celebrated our 50th anniversary. Set up a new manufacturing facility in Cluj, Romania.
