The latest news, announcements and corporate communications from CTGL.
[Hong Kong, 19 August 2026] CTGL (“Computime Group Limited”, “Computime” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce that its Shenzhen manufacturing facilities have received recognition under the World Wide Fund for Nature’s (“WWF”) Low-carbon Manufacturing Programme (“LCMP”), highlighting their continued efforts and achievements in energy conservation and emissions reduction.
Computime Electronics (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. (“CTS”) received the Platinum Label, the highest level of recognition under the LCMP, while Computime Control Devices Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. (“CCDM”) was awarded the Gold Label.
The LCMP provides manufacturers with a structured framework to measure carbon performance, improve energy efficiency and implement effective greenhouse gas (“GHG”) management practices. These labels recognise the robust environmental management systems and practical energy-saving measures implemented across CTGL’s Shenzhen operations.
During the verification, CTS demonstrated strong management practices in system control and manufacturing operations. The facility achieved a 5.29% reduction in GHG emissions intensity per unit produced during the financial year. It also established clear energy-saving targets and key performance indicators within its management system, supported by a dedicated GHG management team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. In addition, CTS effectively incorporated automation into its production processes to enhance productivity and reduce energy consumption.
CCDM’s Gold Label likewise recognises the facility’s continued implementation of sound GHG management and practical energy-saving and emissions-reduction measures across its operations.
“We are honoured that our Shenzhen facilities have been recognised under WWF’s Low-carbon Manufacturing Programme, with CTS achieving the highest Platinum Label and CCDM receiving the Gold Label. These recognitions reflect the sustained efforts of our Shenzhen teams and the Group’s long-term commitment to sustainability. Over the years, we have continued to strengthen our environmental management systems, improve the collection and monitoring of energy and emissions data, introduce energy-efficiency initiatives, and integrate lower-carbon considerations into our operations,” said Mr. Bernard Auyang, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of CTGL.
These achievements represent an important step in CTGL’s ESG journey. Further details on the Group’s sustainability strategy and performance are set out in CTGL’s 2025/26 ESG Report (www.ctgl.com/financial-esg-reports). The Group will continue working closely with employees and other stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, reduce its environmental footprint and contribute to a smarter and more sustainable future.
